Yolélé is a term of exuberance used throughout West and Central Africa. It is the rough Fulani language equivalent of “Let the good times roll.”
Everyone across West and even Central Africa knows Yolélé. Many musicians have a song called Yolélé, and each one makes it his or her own. Pierre’s first restaurant and first cookbook were called Yolélé, and now it’s the name of this purpose-driven food company.
